Menu item: Net (Network)  
   
Net (Network) menu stores commands that need only Network as an input.  
In Network menu items are grouped according to data object that is result of the command:
e.g. Strongly connected components are Partition of vertices therefore they are stored in Network / Create Partition,
different centrality measures return Vector as a result therefore they are stored in Network / Create Vector.
Some commands need specific type of networks as an input:  
e.g. 2-Mode networks, Multiple relations networks, Acyclic networks, Temporal networks, Signed networks.
These commands are grouped as separate items which are named by the type of networks needed.

Operations menu stores commands that need (at least) two different Pajek objects as an input.
In Operations menu items are named according to the two data objects needed to perform the operation:
e.g. to extract SubNetwork induced by selected classes of Partition we need Network and Partition therefore the command is stored in Operations / Network+Partition,
to search for vertex islands we need Network and Vector, therefore vertex islands are stored in Operations / Network+Vector.
